Jasnoch Construction and JADE Architects, along with other members of the Northfield Builders' Community, are partnering with the Northfield Community Action Center to create permanent supportive housing for those in our community who can't provide for themselves. By donating design, materials, and labor, Jasnoch is contributing to the CAC's efforts to create affordable housing for those at greatest risk among us.

The Maple Hills CAC Permanent Supportive Housing, is in the Maple Hills Addition, a mixed-income neighborhood being developed through a collaborative effort of the Northfield HRA, Cannon River Community Land Trust, Three Rivers Community Action, Inc., Habitat for Humanity and the Northfield Community Action Center. these agencies have cooperatively developed a plan for the area that includes housing and park space using traditional neighborhood design concepts.
